Canon Inc. Laser Doppler Velocity Meter

・回折レーザー光ドップラー方式を採用した、非接触速度センサーです。

＜特長＞
・運動精度・再現性比較：エアベアリングの回転精度は0.05μm以下で出来ており、ボールベアリングと比較して極めて高精度であることがわかります。さらに高精度を求めるときに重要なのは、その再現性が0.01μm以下で、それが半永久的に維持できることです。
エアベアリングは軸受けに多孔質絞りを用いており、通常の工場給気圧(490kpa)でも汎用的に使用するに充分な剛性が得られ、オリフィス絞りや自成絞りを用いた軸受けに比べて、単位面積あたりの剛性が高く、消費流量が１桁近く少なく、また、他の絞り方式と比較して減衰能も高い特徴を持っています。
・焼付きトラブルを大幅に解消
カーボン系の多孔質機の採用により回転中のエアアクシデントによる焼付きを低減しました。高耐久性の実現により安心してラインでご使用いただけます。

＜商品概要＞
キヤノン独自の測定方式“画像相関（プロファイルマッチング）方式”を採用し、搬送物の移動量や長さ、速度を高精度に測定ができる非接触測長計です。
また測定対象物の加速度100Gまで対応し、高加減速に追従可能。
プレス用フィーダーの送り精度のモニタリングや、鉄鋼などの材料切断時の測長、切断後の測長検査など、生産現場の様々な場面でご使用いただけます。

MR sensor
A sensor that utilizes the magnetoresistance effect of ferromagnetic materials, where the resistance value changes depending on the magnetic field strength.
It offers sensitivity in low magnetic fields, a wide operating temperature range, and excellent frequency characteristics, making it suitable for use in harsh environments where optical systems are difficult to operate. A high-resistance type MR, which takes advantage of the benefits of magnetoresistive elements, is also available in the lineup.

pressure sensor
A pressure sensor for the medium pressure range that utilizes the semiconductor piezoelectric effect.
We have added an SMD terminal type that enables automated mounting to our lineup of ultra-small packages, which also allow for small casings. A key feature is that the sensor has higher breakdown pressure resistance compared to other companies' products.
