Our company offers a wide variety of pigments for paints. For resin additives, we handle calcium carbonate and synthetic silica, as well as various polyols and isocyanates used in polyurethane resins. We also handle various highly purified metals.

pigment

<Product overview>

Pigments are required to possess various properties such as lightfastness, weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, and solvent resistance, and also need to have high opacity.
Organic pigments include azo pigments, which are produced by diazotizing aromatic amines and reacting them with various coupling components, as well as phthalocyanine pigments and high-grade organic pigments, which are synthesized from phthalic anhydride, urea, and copper chloride and possess excellent performance characteristics.
In addition, we handle a wide range of inorganic pigments, including composite oxide pigments, and processed pigments such as acrylic copolymer colored beads and processed pigments for oil-based and water-based paints.

Synthetic silica

Synthetic silica used in synthetic rubber for large truck and bus tires and footwear exhibits excellent reinforcing effects, such as good durability, high hardness, and wear resistance, due to its extremely high surface reactivity.
It is particularly ideal for light-colored and transparent rubber products. Furthermore, uniform, ultrafine silica particles are widely used in the paint industry.
It is particularly excellent for creating a matte finish on audio equipment and high-end furniture. It is also widely used in specialty papers, defoamers, fluidity modifiers, and pesticides.

Calcium carbonate is a white, powdery additive made from limestone.
Due to its low cost, relatively low specific gravity, and excellent dispersibility, fluidity, thermal stability, and weather resistance, it is widely used as an industrial filler in paints, printing inks, various plastics, various rubbers, sealants, papermaking, adhesives, and pharmaceuticals for purposes such as extender pigments, volume increase, stability improvement, and reinforcement.

Synthetic alcohol

<Product overview>

Synthetic alcohols are produced through a hydration reaction using pressurized ethylene and superheated pure water as raw materials, and then manufactured through processes such as gas separation, distillation, and hydrogenation.
Of the total industrial alcohol production of approximately 350,000 kl, synthetic alcohol accounts for about 130,000 kl.
Because it is colorless, transparent, non-toxic, highly soluble and miscible, and possesses bactericidal and disinfectant properties, it is widely used in cosmetics, detergents, paints and inks, cleaning of machinery and metal parts, and as an industrial chemical.

Fluorine-based additives
